Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns and refunds can only be made for non-food items. We cannot take returns for any food or beverage product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is defective, or delivered damaged please contact us immediately and we will begin the process to replace the items.
Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or we will provide replacement product. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm with you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Return processing can take 2-4 weeks before before approval, but generally it can happen in much less time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and wholesale priced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org before you attempt to send you item. An approval must be obtained before we accept any items for exchange. If an approval is not acquired before you send the item to us, we will deny the shipment and it will be sent back to you at your cost.
