Shipping policy

At Dude Wow Cocktails, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped quickly so you can enjoy award-winning flavor as soon as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship throughout the continental United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Shipping method availability may vary based on your location.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

From time to time, Dude Wow Cocktails may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable minimum purchase requirements will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment has been picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Dude Wow Cocktails is not responsible for delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Include your order number and photos of any damaged products or packaging.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Food Product Policy

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact us and we'll make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, Dude Wow Cocktails primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their country.
